Consultation

 For an initial face to face consultation for thirty minutes, it is free of charge. You have to pay 2500 yen (plus tax) every additional fifteen minutes.

 Please note that I do not give legal advice by telephone or email. 

Legal Fee

There are two ways for me to ask legal fees.

One way is that I ask the retainer at first and remuneration after the case is finished.

The other way is that I charge the payment by the hour.

Legal Aid

 You can use legal aids provided by Hoterasu or the Japanese Bar Assiciation. But you have to meet certain income and assets criteria.

Actual Expenses

 You need to pay the actual expenses, too. The actual expenses include postal stamp fee, revenue stamp fee and transportation expenses and so on (except the case of the payment by the hour).

Daily Allowance

 You need to pay the daily allowance in case I have to travel to a distance place.

 You need to pay thirty thousand yen when it takes two to four hours for me to go to and return from a certain place, fifty thousand yen when it takes four to seven hours and one hundred thousand yes when it takes more than seven hours per one day.

 So, I give you advise that you had better find another lawyer if you or the other party live far from the Fukuoka City (except the case of the payment by the hour).
